Last weekend the kids and I were able to go and see my nephew Jake play in a football game. He looked so grown up in his football pads that I seriously almost cried. My sister-in-law Heidi did actually cry when she first saw him in his pads and uniform. So here are some pictures of Jake during and after his game. He is number 98! This first picture is of Jake entering the game after a short break. Asa is looking on and encouraging his son.

Oh my word! This can't be happening. Nobody grows up....right? I cannot get over how mature he looks. Oh bother, this means MY kids are getting more mature looking too. God help us.

GOODNESS GRACIOUS!! I too almost cried when I saw those pictures of Jake. I remember when Heidi first came into our lives with that sweet little boy and now he is so grown up. I miss Asa & Heidi...I hope they're well. Thank you for keeping me posted Anna :) Love you much...R.
